- Nominate representatives from their group to the DDEC committee
- Voting rights at our Annual General Meeting (for member groups).
DDEC has a direct voice to government - the more members we have, the stronger that voice is.

By applying to become a member and as a condition of your membership, you agree to support the vision, mission and values of DDEC.
DDEC is an Incorporated Association & is required to advise people applying to be members that it has public liability insurance with a level of coverage of $30 million.
Types of Membership:

Individual Membership - $10/year
Ideal for individuals who want to support and engage with our work on a personal level. -
Family Membership - $20/year
Perfect for families who wish to join together in supporting our environmental initiatives. Covers up to two adults. -
Concession Membership - $5/year
Available to pensioners and students, this membership offers all the benefits at a reduced rate. -
Group Membership - $20/year (Fee Exemption Available)
Local conservation groups can join as a member group. Upon application, groups may request a fee exemption. Note that group representatives have voting rights at the General Meetings.
*DDEC does not accept cheques.
