Yes, it is the beginning of Winter and we want to talk about extreme heat. No time like the present!
As part of the Keep Toowoomba Cool Campaign DDEC is reaching out to the community to find out more about how the people of the Toowoomba area and its outlying towns experience extreme heat during our increasingly warm summers.
Our team of community listeners is ready to come to meet you or a group that you are part of to find out more about your experience with heat and what you think should be done to better support our community to adapt to Climate Change. We are also have an online survey form that community members can complete to share their experience.
