Booking Information
The DDEC Eco Hut Hall is open for bookings from the community. The bookings policy affirms that priority bookings are for DDEC and member groups but that other groups in the community also have the opportunity to use the hall. The booking guidelines are available here.
Booking Requests:
- All booking requests must be submitted in writing at least seven days in advance of the event date.
- Requests can be made via email to [email protected]. Please send detailed information about your event, including the date, time, duration, contact details of the responsible person leading the event, estimated number of attendees, insurance coverage (if not a member group) and purpose of the event to [email protected] *For recurring meetings this only needs to be done once, outlining the date each month of the recurring meeting.
- Specify any specific setup requirements, equipment needs, or additional services you may require.
- Once your booking is accepted by response to your email you are will then be sent a form to complete (*it only needs to be done once for recurring meetings) and a link to schedule it in the calendar (which you do once the booking is approved). *Please note you can only make 2 hour block bookings so will need to do multiple if your event goes for longer.
